Born on February 17, 1964 in Yerevan.

1988 - Graduated from the Ryazan Higher Military Automobile Engineering Institute as a Mechanical Engineer.  He is a Candidate for Technical Science.

Served in the Soviet Army.

1989-1993 - Worked in Yerevan textile hosiery production unit as a mechanical engineer.

1993-1998 - President of the Trade co-operative “Tatev- M.”

1998-1999 - Principal Specialist of public utilities division of Ajapnyan municipal district.

1999-2010 - Founder, Manager of LTD “Mariam.”

On May 5, 2010 elected as a Member of Parliament by the proportional electoral system from the "Rule of Law" party.

He is married with three children.
