The RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan congratulated the Chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee of the People’s Republic of China Zhang Dejiang on the occasion of the 25^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the People’s Republic of China. The address particularly reads:

“Your Excellency,

On April 6, the 25^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the People’s Republic of China is marked. On that occasion on behalf of the RA National Assembly and personally me I convey you my warm congratulations and best wishes.

During the last twenty-five years the development of the relations of Armenia and China has passed a path rich in joint achievements. I am glad to document that today the cooperation between the parliaments of our two countries has stable rise, which has been expressed by the implementation of a number of high ranking officials’ visits and preservation of regular contacts between our parliamentarians.

Your Excellency, I am ready together with you from now on to make efforts to further develop and strengthen the friendly relations and cooperation existing between the parliaments of our countries for the sake of our peoples.

I wish you health and all the best, and the Chinese people peace and prosperity.
